| The Bravo mast is made up of two pieces. The upper section is made from electrically non-conductive high-strength fiberglass. This protects against the hazards from contact with power lines. Since the mast is unstayed, the upper section is smaller and less stiff than the bottom section. The sail was designed to match the stiffness of the fiberglass Comptip, and thus there is no compromise on performance. | |
