Proposed Itinerary

Hobie Cat Australasia and it's Hobie Dealers would like to invite you to the inaugural Hobie Island Big Day Out to be held on the pristine waters of Jervis Bay* and St Georges Basin from the 11th to 12th of February 2012.

The Hobie Island Big Day Out will be a chance to get together with other Hobie Adventure Island and Tandem Island owners and have a sail together. There will also be a range of other Hobie products available to trial.

Activities planned include a sail on St Georges Basin on the Saturday afternoon, a meet and greet at The Huskisson on Saturday evening. Breakfast at the Vincentia Sailing Club on Sunday morning, more sailing*, concluding with a presentation/prize draw.

* Subject to wind and sea conditions, An alternative venue will be St. Georges Basin

8:00 am Leave the beach "Explore the Bay"

10:00am Morning tea and snack packs provided by Hobiecat Australasia

12:00 Back at Vincentia Sailing Club

12:00 Free AI/TA sailing, open cat sailing, SUPing, AI/TI demos

1:30 pm Gourmet Seafood/Meat BBQ, Presentation / Prize Draw

A course boat will be on hand to shepherd the fleet on Sunday.
